Day 01
Kandy
After arriving in Colombo proceed on your journey through Sri Lanka with your own tour guide and driver. Kandy the hilltop capital of Sri Lanka's former monarchy may be the place you are taken to. Stop by the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage en route to Kandy which provides care for sick or abandoned elephants. In the river, one can occasionally spot an elephant swimming. Travel to Kandy making a stop at an Ayurvedic natural lawn along the way.
Day 02
Kandy
Wake up in the heart of Kandy on this day and relax at your lodging. On your Kandy city tour, you'll see the Royal Botanical Garden and Sri Dalanda Maligawa popularly referred to as the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic. In the evening, there is a Kandyan fire dance and demon performance to see.
Day 03
Nuwara Eliya
On the third day, you will travel straight to Nuwara Eliya also known as Little England. At the Biodiversity Complex, you will hike to the top of Ambuluwawa and through the forest. If it's your preference you can enjoy Kitulgala White Water Rafting (optionally available). Your itinerary also includes visits to a tea plantation a manufacturing facility and the Ramboda waterfall. Celebrated for its Ceylon Tea Sri Lanka has brought happiness to people worldwide for more than a century. Nuwara Eliyas's colonial atmosphere cottage-style dwellings and brisk wintertime temperature greet you when you arrive.
Day 04
Nuwara Eliya
Your options for this day are to spend the mornings at Horton Plain National Park or lounge around the hotel. One of Sri Lanka's most stunning World Heritage Sites is Horton Plains which you should see while you're there. Additionally, visitors can take a boat safari at Gregory Lake or play golf on the 18-hole Nuwara Eliya Golf Club course.
Day 05
Yala
On Day 5 depart early and travel to Yala an area famous for its populations of leopards and elephants. Visitors can see almost every kind of animal that inhabits Sri Lanka at this one of the most well-known wildlife parks on the island. The Ravana waterfall and Ella City will be the stops on your route to Yala. Additionally, you will take a Jeep safari to Yala National Park in the afternoon.
Day 06
Hikkaduwa
You will proceed to Bentota Beach or Hikkaduwa in the afternoon. You'll have the opportunity to take a brief wreck and snap lovely pictures of a stilt fisherman. Additionally, you may discover the sea Turtle Hatchery venture and the Galle Dutch fortress, which was built at some stage in the Dutch Colonial generation in the seventeenth century after being, to begin with, built by the Portuguese in the 16th century. The best fortification built by ECU occupiers in Asia is the Galle Dutch fortress, which is presently recognized as a UNESCO World Historical web page in Sri Lanka.
Day 07, 08
Hikkaduwa
You are welcome to join in beach activities throughout these two days! You may also welcome the option to dive and snorkel and enjoy the views.
Day 09
Departure
You will then leave and bid farewell to your vacation!
